All of the menus are inspired by local dishes and use the finest Lake District ingrediants.

When contacting, please let me know which of the menus you prefer. If however, none of the sample menus below take your fancy then let me create a bespoke menu for you, based on your personal preferences.

Cumbrian air dried ham wrapped Free range chicken breast stuffed with ricotta, bacon and basil, on water cress mashed potato with red wine and truffle glaze.


Leek, Cumin Roast Butternut Squash and Goats Cheese Wellington with Roast Garlic and Tomato Sauce.







Sticky toffee pudding with berry compote and Whipped Double Cream.
