All of the menus are inspired by local dishes and use the finest Lake District ingrediants. When contacting, please let me know which of the menus you prefer. If however, none of the sample menus below take your fancy then let me create a bespoke menu for you, based on your personal preferences.




Twice Baked Stilton and Walnut Soufflé with Poached Pear and Watercress Salad and Tomato and Chilli Chutney. 


Crab, Asparagus and Spring Onion Risotto  with Crispy Cumbrian Air Dried Ham. Pan Fried.


Duck Confit and Chive Cake with Wild Rocket, Garlic Mayonnaise and Chilli Jam.




Main Course


Cod Loin, Plum Tomato and Olive Tapenade Wrapped in Cumbrian Air Dried Ham and Baked Served With Basil Crushed Potato, Fine Beans and Truffle Hollandaise Sauce.


Slow roast Cumbrian belly pork on roast potatoes, shallots and black pudding with apple sauce and rosemary and red wine glaze.


Spinach, Wild mushroom and Ricotta Tart with Poached Egg and Chive Hollandaise.






Bitter Sweet Chocolate Torte with Raspberries and Toasted Hazelnut Cream.


Panna Cotta with Pernod Stewed Rhubarb  and Grasmere ginger bread.
