Nick is an Award Winning Chef who specialises in using some of Cumbria's finest produce to create a unique outside catering experience throughout Cumbria, South Lakes and Lancashire. Nick was formerly HeadChef of the Drunken Duck Inn for ten years and during his time there , he achieved many awards.

His success brought him to the attention of EBLEX ( English Beef and Lamb Executive), who invited him to help develop exciting, balanced school dinners for Cumbrian children. Following these accolades, Nick started up 'Nick's Kitchen' in 2007, where he maintained a 5 Star rating for Food Hygiene. Now he has  focused his skill set and passion to independent events.
